2. Services Description

Legacy Drip Studios provides custom apparel design, printing, and fulfillment services, including:

  • Custom t-shirt and apparel printing
  • Design services and consultations
  • Print-on-demand merchandise
  • Custom order fulfillment

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of all original content you submit (designs, artwork, logos, text)
  • You grant Legacy Drip Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for order fulfillment
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have proper licensing for all submitted content

Our Content

  • All website content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of Legacy Drip Studios
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission

Content Standards

You agree that all submitted content:

  • Does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights
  • Is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
  • Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Complies with our content guidelines and community standards

4. Orders and Payment

Order Process

  • All orders must be placed through authorized channels
  • We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel orders at our sole discretion
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until payment is processed

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise specified
  • Payment must be received in full before production begins
  • You authorize the use of your selected payment method
  • Additional fees (taxes, shipping, rush orders) will be clearly displayed at checkout

Order Modifications

  • Changes to orders must be requested within 2 hours of placement
  • Significant modifications may require additional fees or processing time

5. Production and Delivery

Production Timeline

  • Standard processing times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity
  • Rush orders are available for additional fees, subject to availability
  • We will notify you of any significant delays

Shipping

  • Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

6. Quality Assurance

Product Standards

  • We maintain quality control standards for all products
  • Minor variations in color, sizing, or printing are normal and acceptable
  • We will address significant quality issues on a case-by-case basis

Customer Satisfaction

  • We strive to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Quality concerns must be reported within 7 days of receipt
  • Resolution may include reprints, store credit, or refunds at our discretion

7. Returns and Refunds

Custom Products

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted
  • Exceptions may be made for production errors or quality defects
  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued at our sole discretion
  • Processing fees and shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

8. User Accounts

Account Termination

  • Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order

  • This includes lost profits, business interruption, or data loss

  • We may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, and other functions
  • We are not responsible for third-party service failures or policies

You agree to indemnify and hold Legacy Drip Studios harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your submitted content or designs
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Process

  • We encourage good faith efforts to resolve issues directly
  • Unresolved disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or court proceedings

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

14. Modifications to Terms

Right to Modify

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time
  • Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice
  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms

Notification

  • Updates will include a new "Last Updated" date
  • Significant changes may require active acceptance

15. Severability
