Processing Times
- Custom Design Orders: 3-5 business days
- Pre-Made Designs: 2-3 business days
- In-House Custom Orders: 5-7 business days
- Rush Orders: Available for additional $15 fee (1-2 day processing)

Domestic (US) Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $4.99
- Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days - $9.99
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $19.99
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $75
International Shipping:
- Canada: 7-14 business days - $12.99
- International: 10-21 business days - $19.99
- Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information sent via email once your item ships. You can also track your order status in your Legacy Drip Studios account dashboard.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 US states, Canada, and select international destinations. PO Boxes accepted for domestic orders only.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Legacy Drip Studios is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we'll work with you to resolve any shipping issues. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery for damaged items.
Address Changes
Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement. After production begins, address changes may incur additional shipping fees.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (Black Friday through New Year's), expect additional 1-2 days in processing times. Holiday cutoff dates will be posted on our website.
